• We only sell merchandise that comes directly from artists or their management companies. We DO NOT deal with distributors. Artists must manufacture and send their product(s) to our warehouse facilities for fulfillment.
  
  
• This arrangement is non-exclusive. There are no long term contracts to sign.
  
  
• As the artist, you can set your selling price at whatever you want, there are no minimums.
  
  
• You are in control of your image, merchandise and prices. This is NOT a licensing agreement of any type. We DO NOT own the rights to you or your product.
  
  
• We pay artists monthly, with a full report of what products have sold and how many units shipped.
  
  
• We DO NOT share your customer information with any other company. We will ask customers if they would like periodic updates about you and other CDBrickHouse artists or special promotions from CDBrickHouse.com.
  

Q: Do I need a minimum amount of merchandise?
A: No, we can handle anything from 1 CD to 10,000 pieces of merchandise.

Q: Will you sell my information or my fans' information?
A: No! We will not sell your information or your fan information to any outside company. If your customers opt-in to the CDBrickHouse mailing list, we will send out notices about new merchandise, sales or contests going on at CDBrickHouse.

Q: Will CDBrickHouse report my sales to SoundScan?
A: Due to liability issues and contractual obligations, we do not report any sales numbers to SoundScan on artists' behalf. We will provide exportable sales information in a SoundScan acceptable format for the artist to submit on his or her own.

Q: Do I need to be signed with a record label?
A: No, CDBrickHouse.com welcomes all artists - signed or unsigned. If you are signed with a record company, CDBrickHouse.com will observe all binding contractual obligations between the artist and his or her label.

Q: Is CDBrickHouse just for musicians?
A: No, CDBrickHouse welcomes any artists or entertainers in the music, movie and television industries.
